Operator and scope

This website is operated by Summer Jib LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms address website use. App-specific terms and the applicable app license govern each app; browsing the website does not start a subscription or create an app account.

Information, catalogs, and previews

Public card and benefit catalogs are informational summaries and may be incomplete or outdated. Issuer terms, eligibility, enrollment requirements, fees, deadlines, and posted account records control. A catalog listing is not a credit offer, application, eligibility determination, financial advice, or endorsement.

Skincare examples and compatibility displays explain an educational app and do not establish medical safety or suitability. Launch and night-sky previews do not provide navigation or safety instructions. Baby Relay is under development. Demo images, mock products, illustrative results, and features identified as in development are not promises of actual outcomes or a release date.

Store listings and purchase confirmations describe current availability and purchases. A link to an issuer, merchant, provider, or app store does not mean that entity sponsors Summer Jib.

Acceptable use and ownership

Use the website lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, misuse contact forms, disrupt service, access another person's information, or redistribute material contrary to applicable rights. These restrictions do not override rights granted by law or applicable open-source licenses.

Our original website content and branding belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names, logos, data, and artwork retain their respective ownership. Sending a support message gives us only the permission needed to process and respond to it; it does not transfer your ownership or grant permission to publish it.

Availability and consumer rights

We may correct or update content and restrict access reasonably needed for security, law, or reliability. Website information is provided as available and, to the extent lawful, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, unlawful conduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory privacy, security, consumer-protection, refund, and other statutory rights remain available. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Privacy, changes, and questions

Contact admin@summerjib.com about corrections or concerns. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required and do not retroactively alter accrued rights. Wyoming law applies subject to mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
