Who and what this covers
Summer Jib LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operates this website. This notice covers browsing, public app and card-catalog pages, contact forms, and website sign-in. Each app has its own notice for app-specific data processing.
Information and purposes
- Visit and request information: IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, time, response status, and security signals handled by hosting infrastructure to deliver pages, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
- Contact submissions: your name, email, selected app or inquiry topic, message, page context, and submission timing, used to deliver and respond to your inquiry. The form also checks for spam and limits repeated requests using an IP-derived identifier.
- Launch Lookout launch signup: your email address, signup time, source page, and explicit consent are saved to send the app launch announcement. This does not create an app account or enroll you in other marketing. Email admin@summerjib.com anytime to withdraw consent or request deletion.
- Sign-in information: where you use PerkTrack web account controls, authentication state and a protected session are used to provide the account feature. Protected operator pages use a separate access cookie. The relevant app policy covers the account data.
Providers and recipients
Website requests are served through hosting infrastructure, including Vercel. Contact messages are delivered through Resend to our support mailbox and may be accessed by people authorized to handle the inquiry. Configured rate-limit infrastructure can process a hashed network identifier and request counts. Authentication or account pages also use the providers identified in the PerkTrack policy.
Launch signups are stored in our Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database and are available only to authorized operators, who may export the list to an email delivery service for the launch announcement. A keyed hash of a network identifier and short-lived counters help prevent signup abuse; the raw IP address is not saved in the signup database.
We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to address fraud, protect legal rights, or respond to a security incident. A business transfer may involve records subject to applicable privacy protections. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing or authorize us to publish your message.
Cookies and browser choices
The current website uses cookies for sign-in, temporary authentication state, and restricted operator access where those features are used. It does not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies. Browser settings can block or clear cookies, although authenticated features may then stop working.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Do Not Track signals to change essential request handling. Global Privacy Control does not turn off essential processing; applicable sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising opt-outs will be honored if such processing is introduced. Optional tracking that requires consent must not be enabled merely because you visit the site.
Retention, security, and international handling
Contact messages remain in the support and email systems for as long as needed to address the inquiry, maintain relevant service records, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Authentication state expires or is cleared through session controls. Short-term anti-abuse counters have a separate lifecycle from hosting logs and support correspondence. Provider log and backup retention may differ; contact us about records associated with you.
Launch email addresses are retained until you request removal or the launch announcement campaign is complete, when the operator deletes the list. Anti-abuse counters expire after ten minutes and stale rows are removed during subsequent signups after one day. Database backups follow provider retention settings and may retain deleted records temporarily.
We use transport encryption and access restrictions for website services. No system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in the United States and the countries where our providers operate. Applicable privacy and transfer requirements continue to apply regardless of processing location.
Children and sensitive submissions
The website is intended for adults seeking information about our apps. Do not submit a child's private care records or unnecessary financial or health details through the contact form. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address the request.
Privacy requests and contact
Contact admin@summerjib.com with the app or service name and the type of request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. Do not send passwords, bank credentials, government identification, private child records, or medical records in an initial email.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent, without unlawful discrimination. We respond within the deadline applicable to your request and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If an appeal right applies, reply with Privacy Appeal in the subject. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator.
Changes
We post a revised date when this notice changes and provide additional notice or request consent when required. A privacy notice describes practices; it is not blanket consent to new or unrelated processing.
