What does PerkTrack require?
PerkTrack can use Plaid linking for live credit-account and transaction sync, or manual card entry for a lighter setup. Live tracking works best with linked data because the app needs card and transaction context to monitor statement credits, deadlines, and card value.
What does Summer require?
Summer supports barcode scans, ingredient-label camera scans, photo uploads, and manual ingredient input. AI scan processing consent is required for accurate remote analysis. Premium features use Apple in-app subscriptions through RevenueCat, and Summer provides educational ingredient guidance only, not medical diagnosis.
