Baby Relay Preview Terms

Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to a Baby Relay preview supplied by Summer Jib LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company and accepted by you. You must be an adult legally able to agree and authorized to enter or share the child's care information. Baby Relay remains under development; features, access, and release timing may change. No subscription is started by visiting this page.

Care organization, not a care provider

Baby Relay is a care-log and coordination tool. It is not a medical device, clinical record system, diagnostic tool, medication-dosing service, emergency service, baby monitor, or substitute for attentive adult care or a clinician's instructions.

Logs, trends, reminders, estimates, and summaries can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or missing. Verify entries and directly communicate essential care instructions. Do not rely on sync or an app reminder to establish that someone has fed, checked on, treated, or taken responsibility for a child. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.

Household permissions and sharing

Only add or share information you are authorized to use. Confirm a recipient's identity and authority before sharing a household record or export. The app does not determine custody, guardianship, consent, or legal rights between caregivers.

A preview may not provide all planned role controls or sharing features. Do not use it as the sole record of care. Keep appropriate independent records and do not test with another person's sensitive information without authorization.

Your content and license

You keep your rights in submitted content. You give us limited permission to store, transmit, process, and display it only as needed to provide the features you request, secure the service, or respond to your support request, subject to the privacy notice. This does not authorize public disclosure or unrelated use of a child's data.

Preview access and acceptable use

Do not misuse access, bypass security, disrupt service, impersonate caregivers, or submit content unlawfully. We may suspend preview access reasonably needed for security, misuse, law, or discontinuation. We provide notice where required and remain responsible for applicable privacy requests even if a preview ends. Apple-distributed builds are also subject to the applicable Apple license or TestFlight terms.

Consumer rights and disputes

The preview is provided as available, with no promise of uninterrupted access or complete functionality, to the extent lawful. No exclusion limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other non-excludable liability. Mandatory consumer, privacy, security, and statutory remedies remain available.

Wyoming law applies subject to mandatory protections in your home jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of competent courts. Material changes require notice and renewed agreement where required; they do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
