Perk Account Deletion

Open Perk, go to Profile, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to delete your account for the current environment.

Account deletion removes your Perk profile, active session, linked institution metadata, stored Plaid-linked account and transaction records, benefit tracking records, merchant interaction events, and manual card records tied to that account, unless we are required or permitted to retain limited records for law, security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, billing, or disputes.

Deleting your Perk account does not automatically cancel any Apple App Store subscription if Perk introduces paid subscriptions. Manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account or App Store settings.

If you cannot access the app, contact admin@summerjib.com from the email associated with your account and include enough information for us to verify and process the request.
