PerkTrack Account Deletion

Open PerkTrack, go to Profile, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to delete your account for the current environment.

You can also open Profile -> Privacy & Support -> Account Deletion to review the hosted deletion guide and what deletion removes before acting.

Disconnecting a bank or turning off automatic tracking removes the applicable Plaid connection and stops future automatic sync. PerkTrack may keep the latest card identity, benefit records, and claimed-value history already received as manual-tracking data so those records remain useful. Use Delete Account if you want to request deletion of the PerkTrack account and associated stored data, subject to the exceptions below.

Account deletion revokes your stored Sign in with Apple authorization when available, removes linked Plaid Items from Plaid before local cleanup, and removes your PerkTrack profile, active session, linked institution metadata, stored Plaid-linked account and transaction records, benefit tracking records, merchant interaction events, and manual card records tied to that account, unless we are required or permitted to retain limited records for law, security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, billing, or disputes.

Deleting your PerkTrack account does not automatically cancel any Apple App Store subscription or trial. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple account or App Store settings.
